jamming jazmen

This is an application that can help out in administering of printers. It was made to solve an issue with a printer at work that kept on jamming every once in a while and The application tries to remotely restart print jobs and notify if the printer is out of paper or toner. If the jam persists the application should be able to clear the documents throught the C:\windows\system32\spooler\printers  folder where print jobs are stored temporaliry.
